Transwest Auto Parts

It started with helpful on the phone, good directions, fair price, parts on hand. They sent me down to inspect and make sure everything was fine, the guy in the yard made sure I had the extra bushing I didn't know I didn't have. Back in the office Don even offered me a deal on a practically new set of Michelin tires because mine were obviously worn out. All in all the best salvage yard experience I've ever had

Don was super helpful when speaking with me today. I had multiple questions about an engine and other parts I’m looking for for a Subaru I have, and not only did he answer all of my questions but he went a step further by looking into other options I could utilize as well. He also provided a list of things to do and to help me save the most money and have the best outcome for my vehicle. He truly went above and beyond! I would recommend him and this store to anyone!

Don went over and beyond to refer us to several yards that had the part in stock that we were searching to buy. 5 stars doesn’t do justice to his customer service!!! 10 stars+!!!

If you need parts, go see Lisa. Seriously one of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with an automotive salvage yard. Super knowledgeable, honest, and actually takes the time to help you find what you need instead of brushing you off. She went above and beyond to track down the right parts for my project and made the whole process easy. Fair prices, great communication, and just an all-around awesome person to work with. Hard to find customer service like that anymore. Highly recommend Lisa and the whole crew!

Parts received quickly. Fast service. Ordered an engine off thier website, it worked & fit the car intended. The shipping price was was a bit expensive to have it ship to their yard. Staff was helpful. We got yelled at for stopping at a vehicle to look at the condition of the door to make sure it would work for a different vehicle (apparently that is not allowed-we didn't know that). Other than that it all went well. Part worked, they have a lot of different parts for all types of vehicles.
